Located in Victor just below the thruway, The clubhouse at Ravenwood looks out across the beautiful Ravenwood golf course. The indoor/outdoor patio is great for holding your ceremony and quickly transforms for your cocktail hour and then into a dance area for the end of the night. The banquet room has large sliding glass doors with an amazing view of the golf course. We love the fire pit and seating areas around the dance area. There many great spots around the clubhouse and the golf course for pictures.
Brief History
Ravenwood Golf Course is a full 18-hole golf course located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region of New York. The club was first opened in 2002 and quickly became one of the best golf courses across the United States. The late David Reh, a local entrepreneur from Rochester, founded Ravenwood Golf Club as a way to give back to the community.
Being situated in Finger Lakes gave the golf course a lot of natural beauty to work with, and, just within a year of its opening, the club was selected by the Golf Digest as the best new golf course to open in the United States.
Since its inception almost 20 years ago, the club has hosted several USGA and PGA qualifier events and, of course, thousands of weddings. The event space was heavily renovated in 2009 to better accommodate weddings and provide an elegant space for them. Ravenwood has also made extensive renovations the since 2020 upgrading the banquet and ceremony chairs, a new wood floor in the banquet room, updated ceremony space, with additional renovations coming in 2024 for the club house and bridal suite. This wedding space, coupled with the personalized service, has secured Ravenwood the Wedding Wire’s Couple’s Choice Award for 3 consecutive years (2018 to 2020).
Aesthetics
The club provides you with the best of both indoor and outdoor wedding experiences. The ceremony space itself is situated partly outdoors, with breathtaking views of the golf course in the background. This area is adjoined with The Black Raven Banquet Room, which is a 3000 square foot glass enclosed space with sliding doors dedicated to hosting wedding receptions.
Also included in the wedding space is a dance area and a private garden featuring seasonal florals and lanterns, which make for a great spot to hang out in the evening. The surrounding greenery and the manicured golf course itself make for spectacular photography areas.

- Bridal suite and ceremony rehearsal walkthrough: Weddings at Ravenwood include their Raven Suite for the day, and you also have the option for ceremony rehearsal walkthroughs.
- Parking for all guests: Ravenwood provides free parking for all the guests.
- Professional wedding-day coordinator: The weddings at Ravenwood are made perfect by their professional coordinator. With years of experience, you won’t be left wanting for anything when planning your big day.
- In-house chef: Ravenwood has its own catering service. This includes the head chef’s handpicked and custom menus executed with perfection from decades of experience.
Pricing
The starting fee for weddings at Ravenwood is $5,500 and includes the bridal suite, floor length linens, ceremony space, sparkling champagne toast during speeches, event planning, parking for the guests, and transportation service to the golf course for bridal photography sessions as well. For food and bar, all of their pricing is a la carte, with food menus ranging from $45-$75 per person and common bar items ranging from $20-$40 per person. The minimum overall cost for a in-season Saturday wedding is $25,000 which includes tax, fees, room, food and bar. For Friday or Sunday weddings, couples will spend an average price of $15,000 to $22,000.
