From the outset, it was evident that this wasn’t just any wedding—it was a celebration of love, family, and cherished traditions. Katie and her bridesmaids got ready at her grandmother’s house filled with trinkets, love and cherished memories. Katie and Stephen’s wedding ceremony was held at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church which also holds special meaning. The church has been where Katie’s family has worshipped for generations. A moment of the day that they were most excited about was when Katie and Stephen sealed their love with a kiss. All of their friends and family erupted with applause.

Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests made their way to the enchanting Genesee Country Village and Museum for the reception. Katie and Stephen fell in love with the rustic charm of the venue which perfectly complemented Katie and Stephen’s vision for their special day. Katie collects everything Kodak and adorned the venue with some of her vintage pieces. But what truly set this celebration apart was the personal touch that Katie and Stephen infused into every aspect of the day. From the handmade decorations to the carefully curated playlist, every detail spoke volumes about their love and commitment.

Perhaps the most anticipated moments of the evening were yet to come—the toasts, the cutting of the cake and the couple’s first dance. As Katie and Stephen stood hand in hand, surrounded by their loved ones, they knew that this was a moment they would cherish forever. With a gentle swipe of the knife, they cut into the cake, symbolizing the sweetness of their union. What made this celebration truly unique, however, was not just its rustic charm or vintage decor, but the fact that the bride and groom and many of the guests work in healthcare. It really was the safest wedding in town. We are so happy for Katie and Stephen and wish them all the best!
