Jenn and Nick’s wedding day was a dream come true. After months of planning and preparing a destination wedding in Key Largo, Florida everything came together perfectly for them. The weather was in the 70’s with clear skies and they were surrounded by their closest friends and family in paradise. We had the pleasure of capturing each moment of their incredible destination wedding in Key Largo.

Selecting the perfect venue is the first step in bringing any wedding vision to life. For Jenn and Nick, The Playa Largo Resort matched perfectly the modern tropical vibe they were looking for. They were able to have their ceremony on the sandy beach with their reception on the event lawn, nestled under a canopy of palm trees adorned with twinkling lights and the beautiful tropical waters in the background at all times.

The wedding décor spoke volumes about the couple’s style – upscale/modern tropical. Steering clear of the typical beach-themed extravagance, they aimed for an elegant celebration. Tropical flowers and carefully chosen décor elements blended seamlessly to create an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and in tune with the seaside surroundings. It was a beach wedding without the clichés, a perfect reflection of the couple’s unique taste.

Jenn and Nick’s love of ice cream was a big part of their celebration. They had an ice cream sundae bar and both unknowingly mentioned ice cream in their wedding vows. They also prioritized music with carefully curated playlists and selecting an amazing DJ who matched their vibe, along with a live steel drummer during cocktail hour.

For our newlyweds, the highlight of the reception was undoubtedly the dance floor. The joy of celebrating love and having a blast with family and friends took center stage. From the toast to the first dance, every moment was cherished, but when DJ Leeor opened dance floor, the party truly came to life. Friends and family were filled with joy and even resort guests joined in on the dancing from their balcony’s.

Jenn and Nick’s destination wedding was nothing short of a dream come true. The enchanting Playa Largo Resort set the stage for a celebration that seamlessly blended elegance with the tropical allure they envisioned.
