As a videographer, every wedding I have the privilege to document tells its own unique story. But there was something truly special about the union of Alexandra and Tyler. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that Alexandra and Tyler’s excitement filled the air. They had eagerly awaited this day, envisioning a celebration where their friends and family could gather together to witness them celebrate their love.
They chose Hayloft on the Arch to host their celebration for its vintage feel and picturesque outdoor area. The sprawling outdoor space provided an ideal setting for guests to enjoy the beautiful weather and bask in the joyous atmosphere. Alexandra and Tyler’s wedding décor took advantage of the vintage barn with a simple and timeless feel. The florals, in particular, added a touch of natural beauty to the rustic surroundings. But what truly made their wedding personal were the thoughtful details they incorporated. They were able to include their beloved dog Bauer in the festivities. Little decor pieces featuring Bauer served as a touching tribute to their furry friend.
As the evening unfolded, guests were treated to a delightful culinary experience, courtesy of Michael’s Foods. From easy-to-eat hors d’oeuvres to a buffet-style dinner, every bite was carefully curated to ensure everyone’s satisfaction. And of course, no celebration would be complete without an open bar to keep spirits high.
Among the many memorable moments of the day, Alexandra and Tyler’s first look stood out as particularly poignant. In that private moment, away from the hustle and bustle of the festivities, they were able to enjoy each other’s presence before celebrating the night away with friends and family.
But perhaps the most unique aspect of their celebration was their alternative to a traditional guest book. Instead, they opted for “After the Tone,” where loved ones could leave heartfelt voice messages for the couple to cherish forever. These messages would be compiled onto a record for them. I also included some into their wedding video as well. Their wedding day was not just a celebration of their love, but a testament to the power of commitment, family, and cherished memories. I wish Alexandra and Tyler nothing but the best in their marriage!
