Taylor and Adam’s Rochester wedding was a beautiful celebration of their relationship, their family, and the beginning of their new life together. After purchasing their house earlier that year, they knew it was the perfect place to bring their closest family and friends together for their wedding day. Their backyard was transformed into a natural and timeless vintage garden party, with florals, thrifted china, handmade décor, and sentimental details throughout. Vintage frames displayed their grandparents’ wedding photos, adding an especially meaningful touch to the celebration. After looking forward to their first kiss as husband and wife, Taylor and Adam exchanged vows surrounded by the people who meant the most to them, with their Goldendoodle, Savannah, playing an important role in the day.
The personal touches continued throughout the reception. Italian food was chosen because it was a meaningful part of their family gatherings, while family and friends helped prepare the appetizers, dinner buffet, and desserts. Their custom wedding cake featured large vintage piping and strawberries, Taylor’s favorite fruit, and fit perfectly with the garden-party setting. Savannah stayed by their side throughout the celebration, just as she did in their everyday lives, making her way into plenty of photos and memories along the way. From the vintage décor and family traditions to celebrating in the backyard they called home, Taylor and Adam’s wedding was a reflection of who they were and the life they are building together.
